Do I need a membership to bid?
No. A single tender is £480, paid as you go, with no membership and no commitment. A plan is worth it once you bid regularly.
What is the difference between the plans?
Every membership is one payment for your chosen term (3, 6 or 12 months) and includes the full tender package to your inbox, tender alerts and all alert preferences. Prices shown are for the 12-month term. Access (£1,000) is one user with 36 generations a year. Pro (£1,600) covers up to 3 users with 72 generations a year, 1 S.A.T. request a month, team invites and department access. Gold (£2,995) covers up to 5 users with unlimited generations, unlimited S.A.T., and includes 2 Response Reviews and 1 Full Tender Review a year. Prefer not to commit? A one-off bid is £480.
How does the team work?
Everyone gets their own login and their bids go to their own email. On team plans you share one company profile and evidence library, and the account owner gets an overview of the whole team. There is no live co-editing of a single document: Cana is a central procurement hub, not a shared word processor.
How do the reviews work?
Cana Reviews put expert eyes on your bid before you submit. A Response Review checks a generated response for alignment, structure, strength and improvements. A Full Tender Review goes wider, covering PSQ/SQ where applicable, wider requirements, consistency and gaps. Gold includes 2 Response Reviews and 1 Full Tender Review a year.
